Over 32 percent of Laurel High School students take advanced placement and honor classes. Approximately 85 percent go to a two- or four-year college. There are over 31 extra-curricular activities and 43 special interest programs at Laurel High School. In addition, a strong athletic program offers participation in ten competitive sports. Students also have the opportunity to participate in band, choir, speech & debate, drama, jazz band, cheerleading and many other activities including: Select Choir, Art, Yearbook, Student Council, and Vocational programs.
